"We loved the room (8) and the shower was exceptional. Food was hit and miss, and service sometimes slow, and the restaurant acoustics mean that other people’s conversations are well heard! But… a lovely team of helpful and (just enough) attentive staff, who endeavour to make your stay all you could wish for."

"We had a fabulous weekend at skylark. The property is amazing and has everything you would need. Location is great, 5 minute walk to pub, shop and cafe and 10 minute walk to the beach. Cannot recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning"

"We have stayed in this property previously. It is on an exceptional site and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The host is readily available if you have a problem/question and acts swiftly to any request. Due to its location you have the luxury of being able to access all the coastal resorts, Cromer, Sheringham, Wells etc , along one coastal road."

"We had a few nights in " Bumble Cottage " ... and it was perfect. The location within the pine forest was fabulous .. and we enjoyed walking the footpaths in the mornings. Was also located very close to Holt town centre , so very convenient ... the " Poppy Line " was also near by , so indulged in a nostalgic Steam Train Ride out to Sheringham ... great fun :-) The property was clean and comfortable , and had everything you need when staying away . It was perfect , and we had a great stay "

"We stayed at the lodge for a week in September with my elderly parents. The lodge is warm, comfortable, spacious and very close to the central facilities. The site has brilliant facilities, the food in the bar restaurant is good value. The train station is a bit of a downhill walk so not easy for people with mobility difficulties. There isn't a bus service so you will need a car, bike or walking shoes if you want to explore off site. The nature and wildlife is nice to see, the peace and quiet is...

"We had a great time and found all concerned very helpful. Though we had a slight problem with the central heating pilot light light cutting out we were able to cope with it with the aid of the instruction sheet provided, and were able to report it direct to the owner. Kelling Heath itself is a great place to stay, with lots of walks and wildlife. Recommended!"
