"Excellent Cottage! It is literally right across the street from the beach access trail. it leads down a slightly steep hill to the private beach! Has all the amenities, just not Keurig. 5 min drive or 20 min walk to downtown. We had a great time! "

"We have stayed here several times and it's terrific. The house is spacious and right on the beach. Bedrooms have private bathrooms/ beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Large outside deck with hot tub is a plus!!"

"We all loved this house! It was a fabulous option for a large group and if we ever decide to all go on a trip again, this property is at the top of our list! Walkable to town with amazing views. One item we wanted to mention was that beach access was not quite as easy as the pictures made it look for people with some mobility issues. But otherwise access was completely fine for the rest of the group. Thank you for providing a space for us to make wonderful memories! "

"The best vacation ever!! Very close to the beach- We walked on the beach almost everyday. Breathtaking views from all the windows, especially the main window. Town was a short walk away. Beach towels and all you could need to cook were provided. You can't tell from the pictures but there is a TV there probably 42 inches.The rocking chair was my favorite to sit in, very comfortable. Only pro was the sofa bed was broken, however there was sleeping pads under the twin beds and that worked just fine...

"This home was very comfortable for 13 adults and 4 kids under 5 years old. Another bathroom would have been nice, but... The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware. The best kitchen we've ever had. Only needed a small saucepan. A few issues, the ice maker and water on the fridge didn't work and the master bathroom light annoyingly flickers.I hear the grill was difficult. Cleaning wise, it could have been searched better for former guests belongings (toothpaste tubes, clothing)...

"Outstanding rental unit experience! The space is perfectly located: just a couple of blocks to the north will get you great coffee or good food. Just a couple of blocks to the south and you’ll find great coffee, fun shopping, and pretty darn good food. And then there’s the beach! It is just a block away and so easy to access. Wonderful host, very responsive when I asked a question, and absolutely worth every penny!"
