"Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house."

"Bank Cottage was a great spot for our family to stay the weekend. We loved the spot on the river and the garden was safe for our little ones. We didn’t have to worry about anyone falling in the Severn! The cooking and dining facilities were fine and we enjoyed the sitting area overlooking the patio. The sitting room at the back of the property was rather dark and we didn’t use it but I can imagine it being a cosy space in winter. As mentioned by a previous guest there was a smell of oil/fuel...

"We booked the property as we were attending a family wedding in the area and we are so glad we did. The location of the cottage is lovely, with a grassed area at the front and paddocks behind. My son was completely in love with the horses, and also enjoyed regular visits from residents dog Bella and cat Archie! "The barn conversion is set in stunning Shropshire scenery. When we arrived we received a warm welcome from the owner. The property is warm and comfortable with many original features. There was plenty of room for the 11 family members in our group - lots of comfy armchairs, and pretty bedlinen on all the beds. The kitchen was slightly small for so large a group but we managed without a problem. There is a large Sainsbury's store within easy reach and we found plenty to do."

"Ludlow Manor offers so much for all ages. Set in gorgeous countryside it is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and have lots of fun. Emma was so helpful with any questions or queries. The house was so clean and tidy when we arrived. There is ample storage for your food, an extra fridge, which is always helpful if you are a large number of people staying. "Unfortunately for the hotel and me I arrived as the heavens opened. This was compounded by there being no available hotel parking. On returning from public car park soaking wet I was told the dining room would not be opening. I had invited two guests and pre booked a table for three. No compensation was offered. The helpful receptionist got us into a nearby (excellent) Thai restaurant. The room was excellent."
