In fact, it's our 3rd time staying there over the last few years. Cara is a great host and was helpful and responsive with any request we had about the place. "Well appointed, neat and clean. Close to amenities including shops, restaurants, and Hitchcock Woods. Beds were very comfortable. The only reason why it didn't get 5 stars for accuracy of listing is that I didn't see mention of a rather long, steep flight of stairs leading to the 2nd floor where the unit is located. We managed okay but some folks might find getting their luggage upstairs a bit of a challenge. Otherwise, it is perfect."

"This place was perfect. Location perfect. Went to shop for horses and stayed here. And stayed in another place last time and this was much better (and the other place was decent too). Flight arrived late and it was just my trainer and I. Porch light was left on for us. Little snacks and treats on the counter were much appreciated, great touch, and came in handy. "I stayed here with my 2 dogs for 8 days. The cottage was a perfect size for us with everything one could want for a short stay and the fenced back yard was great. It had a nice area for setting up to work and the wifi was strong. It was very close to the city of Aiken dog park and there was no neighborhood noise to speak of.. all in all we had a great day."
