"The property lies a couple of streets back from the water front. The drive to the house is via an eclectic variation of trailer homes. The campsite is really quite large. The house was lovely - very clean and spacious. There are three bedrooms, one downstairs powder room and a jack-and-Jill bathroom accessible from the master bedroom and the upstairs hallway. On our day of arrival, we were treated to 2 2-hour training shows, at 3pm and 8pm, from the nearby Naval base, where Hawkeye aircraft...

"Had an Awsome 8 days , views were amazing from just about everywhere in the house. Fishing was good from dock, crabbing was slow, a little late in the season. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The restaurant just down the street had very good food, especially the fish tacos. No issues at all during our stay. Beautiful club house, indoor pool and golf course."

"It was perfect for what we needed. We wanted to visit both Chincoteague and Assateague and the location was great for going to both while also being off the beaten path. We enjoyed the Marina restaurant and it was nice to have a little view of the canal. The decorations were simple, beachy, and tasteful. "House is a fixer-upper that the current owner has done a lot of work on. Basic amenities are good. Owner didn't provide instructions about wireless access. I messaged him shortly after we arrived but he didn't respond. Fortunately, I found a piece of paper in a bedside nightstand that had the password, so we were eventually able to overcome the problem. Still, the failure to respond was unacceptable."

"The house was a great location right by the bay with kayaks and bicycles to use. Convenient to both Chincoteague, a half hour drive to the refuge and Assoteague within 45 minutes. Watched the Wallops rocket launch from the balcony. House was very clean and the renovation was well done down to the detail. The kitchen facilitated everything we needed for daily meals. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. A great experience for our whole family."

"We booked a 4 day trip over Memorial Day. House is cute, clean. Nice location. Quiet neighborhood. The air wasn’t working when we arrived. Took sometime to reach someone at the office who said someone would be out the next day. Made for a fairly uncomfortable humid night. We paid the pet fee to bring our 2 dogs which was great but they are English bulldogs and were unable to tolerate the humidity and no air so I had to drive the one home because he was overheating and sick- 4 hrs away....
