"Our 3 night stay included 2 nights of very bad storms and the host was very responsive to our needs. She went above and beyond, despite other cabins needing more asistance. This is a great little "cabin in the woods", so if you are looking for a 5 star hotel this isnt the place for you. We always pack "to be prepared", and this came in handy. We enjoy our "creature comforts of home" and so we brought them with us. We brought all our own food and drinks...otherwise it would have been a 30 minute...

"I was looking for somewhere to be close to water for paddle boarding and hiking trails. This spot is close to Eisenhower State Park and several marinas. We enjoyed the peace in the woods. The space has a screened porch, full kitchen, and queen size bed. It was comfortable and clean. We are looking forward to coming back at some point. "

"Deer Manor is one of the best properties our family has stayed at. First of all, its location was ideal. We all loved the walking trails right off the property. The kids enjoyed biking all over and going down to Lake Texoma. All the activities on the property; horseshoes, geocaching and treasure hunting made our Labor Day weekend memorable. Also, the interior was exceptionally clean and all of the decor, bedding, and games kept us quite comfortable."

"We stayed here for a weekend for a family get together nearby. It was so cute inside. Beds were comfy and everything was super clean! Tons of games and activities for families to do/use and all the household supplies you could need! "This property is a cool, quirky A-frame home set in the trees. Awesome exterior deck space with things such as a tree through the steps and an old hatchet buried into a tree above the deck.
