"We just left our weeks stay and couldn’t have worked out better! Everything was as expected; well stocked kitchen, plenty of room at the table for family dinners and close enough for the teens to go get ice cream, açaí bowls, donuts - as well as play putt putt. Had one issue which was quickly addressed and really ended up to be a non-issue. Very very responsive! Would definitely recommend. "

"This house was perfect for our 10 ladies (all family) beach vacation. We loved sitting on the gazebo to watch the sunrise. Easy access to the beach, plenty of kitchen and dining space. "We had a lovely time at this cute & cozy condo! Enjoyed the comfy sectional sofa, pretty coastal decor, rocking chairs on the balcony, the pool and the bikes. The location near the public beach access is so convenient! Was so nice to have the linens towels and beach towels provided. All communications were clear and helpful. "

"The house is nice, but definitely not as nice as the pictures make it look. It was not very clean at check in, and the carpet upstairs is gross. The bathrooms aren’t great either. But the location is perfect, the pool area is fantastic and the golf carts were a lot of fun. "

"Had a great week at OIB checking in and out was very easy and convenient and couldn’t ask for a better host the house was clean and comfortable and felt like home it’s a great location being so close to the beach access and all it also has a well stocked kitchen which was a plus since we ate in most of the week all in all we had a great time and made some good memories. Thanks Dean… hope you’ll have us back in the future."

"Our stay was fantastic, the check-in was very easy and check-out was even easier. This tiny home was perfect for myself and my sister, we stayed comfortably. The only thing I would say is the shower is small so be prepared, but that definitely did not take away from the experience. There were also ants in the kitchen and bathroom, I realize this time of year ants are bad in general so maybe there could be traps or they could be sprayed for.
