"Property was nice, beds were comfortable, neighborhood was quiet. Was not happy with only Roku TV as we like to watch live shows, news, sports. Could only watch them if we paid to suscribe. Shower was slippery but if you put a towel down in shower that will help. Did not need to have contact with owner so no opinion on that."

"We have stayed in the Black Hills for years and this is our new favorite place to stay. It was clean, easily accommodated up to 6 people, easy access to trails, restaurants, and downtown Deadwood. We will absolutely book again. "

"The property was beautiful! So clean and organized. Fresh towels and linens. The beds were so comfortable, like luxury hotel beds. There were video games like in an arcade. The check-in process was so simple. Our host, Tommy, was very responsive when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again when we're in Spearfish!"

"This was a gem of a find. The little cottage house has so much to offer, we loved our stay! Quiet neighborhood was perfect for us when we wanted to relax after riding all day. A washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets was so nice, we came home with minimal laundry and it was nice to wash the towels and bedding we had used🙂 Our dogs were very comfortable as well, love the yard! Shaye was easy to get a hold of and you could tell this little cottage gets taken care of. A very positive...

"Our family spent a week traveling through the Badlands and Black Hills, and our time here was our absolute favorite. Cassie was warm and helpful via text, and getting into the house was easy even at night. The ONLY thing we didn't love about the house was parking across the street, but that didn't affect our overall experience. The house is so thoughtfully well-appointed. Enough towels and sheets and blankets that we never felt like we had to hunt anything down or be stingy about what we used....

"The home was very nice and worked out well for us. It is on the end of Deadwood near Lead which can be convenient for several good rides. The only drawback is getting to downtown at night time. There is a trolley stop within a walkable distance but the trolley arrivals are sporadic so it can be time consuming... and they have earlier closing hours on week nights. Nevertheless, there were 3 couples that stayed and we all had a great time."

"We thought that there is a lot more you could do with the yard and the view of the town from the front of the house. The entrance to the property was not good. Not the best look when you arrive. The interior was really nice! "
