"Myself and my wife booked this cottage as I was competing in a mountain bike event nearby. The cottage was perfect for our needs with large modern bright rooms and ample space. The garden looked very well kept with patio doors leading onto it. The parking itself was ideal with a courtyard immediately outside, just make sure you have checked the exact location first as the last 100m or so are on a narrow gravel road which isn't the obvious way if you haven't checked it out first.I would...

"This is a fantastic property. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Although close to the main road (and easy access to local amenities, walks and beautiful beaches), it is quiet and peaceful. "Park Cottage is set in a lovely location in Cally Woods (so many great walks and cycle opportunities). Also with use of the Cally Palace Hotel facilities including the swimming pool. However the house was unclean, especially the kitchen with unusable pans and not enough cutlery to sit 9 people in one setting. There was black mould on the downstairs bathroom ceiling. "Very pleased with the size of the rooms . The lounge had enough seating for all of our party (11) and the large dining table was excellent. The bedrooms were roomy, including a couch as well as beds. The only downside was the 3 bathrooms were some distance away. A toilet at either end would have been more practical.
