Great house but….
Big picture - this house is probably top 10 of all the houses we’ve been to and that’s saying a lot. Great bedrooms with ensuites and a massive kitchen area for cooking and hanging out. However, it could use some TLC in the cleaning department (indoors and out) as well as some attention to details to really make it shine. Arrival - there are wires where the doorbell should be and the keypad is a first-gen 10-digit code that requires code for entry and exit; also, the back door was wide open allowing all kinds of bugs inside where they eventually died - sent photos to property manager to advise and they responded pretty quickly. There were quite a few light bulbs burned out as well, including the bathroom which was already a bit dark. The living room couches seem to have had better days as well. These are super easy fixes that distract from an otherwise cool house. The exit list was very off-putting. Do all the dishes and put them away; wash and dry towels; take trash to bins and put bins by road for pickup; vacuum where needed! I can put dishes in dishwasher and turn it on; I can put towels in a bathtub or even the washer and walk away; I can take all trash and put in bin - BUT, we’re already paying a fair enough nightly rate and exorbitant fees so I am not the cleaning crew. I do zero of this at a hotel - doesn’t matter the hotel. Hope that helps.

Vacasa and its reps are the worst
The property was priceless and the owner is a gentleman, a real good man. His home was wonderful, breathtaking and surreal in beauty. Our stay couldnt have been better. Until we ran out of propane. The house has electric hvac, but the stove, waterheater and fireplace were all gas so the last 24 hrs were rough for our family. We contacted vacasa and they immediately gave me a hard time. They stated that hot water and propane werent listed as part of the rental. They actually said this. For half the day they argued with me about how showers, heating and the ability to cook any food werent part of the agreement. Thabkfully they finally got the owner on the phone. He reassured us the hvac was electric and we werent going to freeze that night. As well he offered his home across the way for showers and to use the stove there for food If we needed to. Ultimately he agreed tonrefund a nights stay for the inconvenience. The property managers however would not honor the refund for a full nights stay, and have ignored me for the last week. This company is the absolute worst, dishonest and rude. Its too bad because the peoperty and its owner were amazing. 10 stars for them. Im hereby starting a new rating system for aweful (offal) called the bucket system. 10 buckets for vacasa.

Beautiful views of the lake
Beautiful property on the lake, we saw amazing sunsets. It has a large kitchen, lots of seating areas inside and out and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It's also close to a park where we could launch our boat. There are no dressers in the bedrooms, and we saw one hanger in the entire house. Also, the grills are in very bad condition.

Nice lake get-a-way.
This house was perfect to our adult vacation with friends. Every room had their own full bath then there was a half bath. The property was listed accurately and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with needed utensils and cookware. Beautiful location right on the lake. Thank you for the the use of this property.
