"Apartment is spacious and has a fully equiped kitchen, but the master ensuite shower had mould on the floor tiles (which I could remove with my fingers, so simply not cleaned properly), there were no hand towels or face washers available due to a shortage, the 2nd room was not made up as a king as requested for my friend and the washing machine is temperamental and leaks. "

"This was a family celebration and holiday for my 70th birthday. There were 4 adults and 5 children with ages ranging from 9-14. We each had our own bedroom and there were 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living areas, and multiple outdoor and dining areas. The hosts were amazing and the few problems we had were fixed immediately. I can highly recommend this property"

"On arrival we were greeted by our friendly valet,Dean who gave us instructions on our buggy use and showed us some highlights of Hamilton Island on the way to our accomodation. "Oasis 11 is on the Marina side and you can walk to the Marina to all the eateries. The apartment is spacious and has a lovely view but does need updating as the decor is tired and some of the cupboards/chairs were loose or broken. It comes with a buggy which is handy and kids U12 eat free at some restaurants. Overall, it felt more like a home and was comfortable. Another relaxing and enjoyable stay at Hamilton Island."

"Our fourth trip to Hamilton Island. The setting is lovely but the property is showing its age. Hair dryer didn't work. Tiny TV in the bedroom was faulty. Safe didn't work. Floors were a bit grubby. For the price, if you are travelling to Hamilton Island I would certainly explore other alternatives."

"Minor maintenance issues had to be reported but overall the home is a beautiful, spacious and very well equipped property. The golf buggy provided with the home was much appreciated and is essential given the home is quite some distance from the main areas of the Hamilton Island resort facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for a large family group."
