"The Hayloft is a lovely property. It is very stylishly appointed - an extremely comfortable bed, fab modern bathroom and a small kitchen area for preparing breakfast. It’s very well located for visiting the Suffolk coast. "We stayed 2 nights in the cottage with our 2 children. We cottage is clean, comfortable and well equipped with just the right amount of things you might need during your stay. "We were looking for somewhere special to celebrate my 50th birthday with some close friends and Old Oak Barn certainly provided that. The house was beautifully furnished, very clean and had some great amenities. The communication with the host was excellent, very informative and timely. I could not recommend this house enough in the beautiful Suffolk countryside."

"The property was clean, but the quality of bedding and kitchen stuff was just too basic. Absolutely shapeless and thin pillows, all same everywhere, so nothing to choose from. Utensils and plates are fresh from Tesco basic range still with stickers. Pans with anti stick bottoms scratched, which may be a health issue. I know it’s a caravan, and not much aspiration to be expected, but it might be just a tad bit better than a factory canteen."

"We had a really nice and relaxed stay. Plenty of room, a good outdoor space too. The hot tub was well used !! Friendly owner and we got a lot of visits from the family dog who kept bringing us his toys. Overall a nice place to stay. The one negative would be the size of the bath towels."
