The property was bigger then expected. Had everything we needed for our party of 10! The bunk beds where an awesome touch.

Real noisy

The rooms were great. Every day the garbage trucks would start their day at 5 AM even on the 4th of July. On Sunday they started at 4AM. Terrible location.

Comfortable Rental Home

We enjoyed ourselves at this house. Quiet and safe area. The owner was very kind and communicated well. My family and I would definitely stay there again.

Never again.

Being truthful here. The location was ok. The check in went smoothly. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was dirty. There were days old coffee grounds in the coffee maker. I say this because they were dry and hard and they’ve been there a while. At first I thought ok they must have just forgotten to empty them. But then there was a filthy dirty oven mitt in the dirty utensils drawer. Among other things The only sharp knife they had was dull and the handle was falling off. Be careful of the cabinet door. If opened it will hit the ceiling fan. The chairs at the table were so wobbly it was not safe to sit on them. I was told by management, the owner told him they can’t be loose because they were just tightened. Basically calling me a liar. So I took videos and ask him to show them to the owner. I ended up putting 5 of the 8 chairs aside, because they were bad so we used the bench and stools they had there. The bedroom I stayed armoire was falling apart. And upon exiting they expect you to do the cleaning. Wipe down the refrigerator, wipe down the bathrooms not unreasonable but they want you to do the wash too. Not on my vacation! I get the feeling you are cleaning for the next renters. I feel about $500.00 in upgrades to this place along with proper cleaning would make a world’s difference. Clearly they don’t want to put any money into the place. I have plenty of pictures and videos. I’m going to stay away from this place. Never again. I was embarrassed.

Family friendly

The unit was spacious and provided the basic essentials. It lacked a little in cleanliness. The master bedroom window has a view of dumpsters and a worksite. The noise from there was waking us up at 5am and continued daily even on Sunday. Other than that the location was nice, 10 minutes walk to the boardwalk but food and bowling was nearby.

Everything was great, except...

Everything was great! My bf and I were the ones to arrive first, we checked in took a look around the VRBO to make sure everything was good and nothing was damaged or missing upon arrival... everything was going well until the power went out all throughout WW... the entire weekend was ruined because of this, we didn't get the power back on at all... because of the unbearable heat my group and I decided to leave before our planned checkout date... trip was such a disaster. Property owner was great a communicating with us, VRBO itself was great and everything was amazing and so accommodating. Such a shame that incident happen and we weren't able to enjoy the stay.

Not enough pillows? Wifi didn’t work…

How do you book a condo for 7 people, where the listing says accommodates up to 10, and there were only 4 pillows in the entire condo? I think that’s pretty ridiculous.

Weekend getaway

Property was sufficient for the amount of people. The place needs to be updated. There was only one egress which could be a potential problem in case of emergency such as fire. Could have at least had a pillow on each bed. Some areas were not really clean. Convenient to the boardwalk. Will probably not be back to this place.

Property was clean and property management provided good information. Unfortunately, the property description did not inform that a TV was missing and the remotes needed batteries. However, the dwelling and area provided the vacation atmosphere needed for my family

This place was decent!! Most of our trip was great, The only complaint that I had was we had to wait till 4 o’clock to check in because of a supposed cleaning service that needed to happen, but when we got there we had to clean everything, sweep up all dirt & sand and the two futons in the living room it had crumbs and cookies inside of each one a lot of them we had to take a vacuum and suck it all up!! I also needed to go bye roach traps because we saw many of them in the apartment about 10!

Horrible, dirty, moldy , property

Let’s start with the fact that this property was not cleaned or sanitized. There’s a little thing called CORONA happening and I guess they didn't really care. I had to clean myself and didn’t get into the property until we’ll after 8pm because of this. There was decorations hanging from previous family. A condom on the wall, a bug on the bed. All bathroom rugs were left in house and were wet and stunk badly, which lets me know they aren’t washing them. The bathroom had hair everywhere. Theres a half punched hole in bathroom door. The kitchen fan hits the cabinet door when you open it. The kitchen table is broken. The futons have food/drink stains and who knows what else all over them. One futon is broken. Shower curtain has mold on bottom of it. This house is disgusting! The baseboards have liquids and dirt all over them... then let’s talk about the black mold that covers almost every vent in this house. It’s in the showers on the ceilings, everywhere! My chest hurt the whole time I was there! My cousin with asthma had to go home early because It was hard for her to breath. The oven doesn’t work. We pre made food for my gathering and it was all trash because we could not cook it. Hundreds dollars of groceries! From the start the owner was rude and ignorant, she yelled at me when I told her what was wrong with her property and told me to just stop. She then proceeded to hang up on me. Save your money and save yourself from a terrible over priced trip because this place is a money pit.. this is the worst vacation I’ve ever had

Great family memories made!

We had a wonderful time! The property is very spacious and the decor fits very well with the Wildwood feel. We haven’t seen our son who is in the Coastguard since September due to COVID and this place gave us a wonderful opportunity to reunite with him. He was able to give us tours of Wildwood and Cape May. This property gave us the capability to be very close to his barracks and really enjoy him. The only thing we regret is that we didn’t stay longer! Thanks for allowing us to stay. We had a wonderful family vacation!
