"Wir haben einen super entspannten Urlaub in der kleinen Nisa verbrachten. Das Häuschen hat einen ganz besonderen Charme. Leider fehlte uns ein bisschen die Sauberkeit und Ordnung. An sich war es sauber, jedoch hätte es noch etwas tiefgründiger/gebauer gereinigt sein dürfen und Produkte wie Gewürze,… immer mal wieder kontrolliert und ggf. aussortiert."

"Wij hebben in de kerstvakantie 2024 met twee kinderen van 14 en 16 jaar in dit huis verbleven. Het is echt een super woning. Alles is aanwezig en het is lekker ruim. Veel speelgoed aanwezig. De twee badkamers zijn mooi en schoon. (wasmachine en droger aanwezig, erg handig) De gastvrouw is erg vriendelijk. Bij vragen kregen wij snel een antwoord via whats app, dit was perfect. Ook de omgeving is daar mooi. In het dorpje zelf met oudjaarsavond een leuke vuurwerk show gezien. Groeten Debbie"

"Wir waren alle total begeistert von diesem wunderschönen alten Haus. Die liebevolle Einrichtung, das Zusammenspiel zwischen modernen Bädern und dem Erhalt der alten Strukturen hat uns fasziniert. Tanja und Tim sind supernette Vermieter, denen das Wohl der Gäste am Herzen liegt. Wir haben uns rund herum wohl gefühlt. Zudem ist das Haus sehr kinderfreundlich eingerichtet, Kinderbetten, Spielzeug, alles vorhanden. Auch unsere Jüngsten (3 und 5) haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne...

"This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!"
