Great spot for relaxing
This house is located on a quiet street. While it's not lakefront, the lake is still visible and there's a trail that allows you to walk along a stretch of it. The house itself is just very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Brianne was very responsive to my inquiry. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking fir a peaceful place to escape for a few days!

We LOVE The Crab Shack!!!
The Crab Shack at Lake Nuangola is everything you would imagine a lake house to be. The house is spotless, the beds are all very comfortable and Brianne responded quickly when I had questions. When we go back to visit family, I hope The Crab Shack will be available. We loved our stay!!!!

Awesome Vacation
The whole family agreed that this was the best VRBO rental we ever stayed in. It was clean, adorable, peaceful and relaxing. It was even cuter than the picture. Gorgeous, well equipped kitchen. We couldn't find the blender, and the host had one delivered within 24 hours. Beds were comfortable. Backyard was also well equipped and very tranquil. Beautiful nature setting, yet only about 15 minutes from conveniences like groceries and restaurants. Our hosts had kayaks and paddleboards, as well as a helpful information packet. We used the recommended lake access road and enjoyed afternoons on the beautiful lake. We can't wait to stay again!

Family get together
We grew up in this neighborhood. It was wonderful to walk around the lake and the boardwalk. The house was beautifully remodeled and tastefully decorated. Everything was there and we needed nothing. Brianne replied immediately to any questions we had. A/C and heat worked fine with new mini splits. It was peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

Couples Getaway!
My husband and I took a trip to this beautiful cottage for a little birthday getaway. We enjoyed every moment of our visit to the cottage and felt right at home. Everything was very clean and cozy. We especially enjoyed the cute campfire in the back yard. We enjoyed sitting next to a toasty fire after a long day of exploring. We also loved the nature walk by the lake. Check in process went very smoothly. Beautifully decorated and clean. Many games to play, kids enjoyed them. Kayaking and paddle boarding was awesome on the lake. Highly recommended!

Memories made...
This is a basic rental situated on a beautiful lake, one street back from lakefront. The cottage has been updated and is most suited to a small group (2-4 people). It is well stocked with water toys, kayaks, games, DVD's etc. The kitchen was sparsely stocked with silverware, plates and bowls and would benefit from more. We were disappointed to have issues with the cleanliness of linens and towels upon arrival and issues logging into Netflix using directions provided. There is one small closet in one of the bedrooms, but no hangers. Despite these issues, we had a wonderful time visiting with old friends and enjoying the lake.

Great stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The lake was great asset for fishing and swimming. My kids enjoyed the boardwalk and finding turtles. It was close to the highway for side trips but far enough away for peaceful dining out back. The kids also enjoyed the hammocks on the porch for afternoon reading. A great place to stay. No issues whatsoever

Ladies weekend
Everything in the property's posting was accurate. I met my family members at the house. The view was incredible and the home clean and comfortable. We wished the weather was warmer so we could take advantage of the patio area. The home is 15 minutes from area events, restaurants and shopping. The owners were quick to respond to questions I had before the visit. I would not hesitate to recommend this home!

Loved everything about this place!
We were very happy with our stay here. Everything upon check in was clean. It was secluded but not too far from stores. Our favorite part was the closed in porch. We would definitely like to come back in the summer time to enjoy some kayaking. We had an amazing time!
