"This tiny house was about 15 minutes from the south entrance to the Grand Canyon. It's down a 1-mile gravel road. It was very quiet with a beautiful night sky. It looked just like the pictures."

"My husband and I recently spent 2 nights in Cabin #5. The cabin is beautiful and spotless. It was perfect for the 2 of us. The king bed was extremely comfortable. The location is somewhat remote, which we loved, but it is only 7-8 miles into Williams for stores and restaurants. It's also an easy 50 minute drive to the Grand Canyon. The only "negative" is that the bedroom is a tight fit and didn't have room to put all the lovely decorative pillows when sleeping (hardly a negative at all). We...

"Our family so enjoyed our stay! We loved the secluded and quiet location of the cabin. We were able to travel easily to the Williams, Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, and Sedona. The sunrise and sunset views were incredible. Our hosts were so accommodating and easy to communicate with. Any questions or issues that came up were easily answered and resolved. We loved our little adventurous getaway. Thank you for hosting our family! We were sad to leave. "

"Our stay at the Cozy Cabin exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect size for our family and provided a relaxing and enjoyable place to enjoy nature and time together. Our kids loved all the toys available and time around the fire pit making smores. Chris was great about quickly responding to messages. It also was nice to be close enough to some of the fun family activities in Williams. We would definitely stay here again and recommend for any family, especially young kids. "

Through looking at pictures and finally inquiring of listing agent, we were aware before renting, but listing is most certainly not clear. We rented unit with loft to avoid bleed over noise if another party rented other 1/2. "Overall it’s a good little place to stay. It is extremely small and can be cramped even with two people, but it did what we needed, somewhere to sleep. The road to get to home was very rough on our car- an 05 Camry. To get to the house one must go down a gravel/ dirt road that is bumpy but no pot holes. I would recommend this to a person if they just want somewhere to sleep and doesn’t mind driving a little bit to get food or down a rougher road. "

"I’d say all as advertised. Well priced and this is a much needed close option for a multi day Grand Canyon trip. Especially if, like me, you can’t find or don’t want to pay the premium of staying inside the Grand Canyon Village. The road (county gravel) is washboard/rough but flat and not difficult to traverse. It is in a trailer park vibe but only one mobile home looked unkeptI wish these hosts and this venture the very best."
