The host was very responsive to any and all questions that we had prior to arriving and while we stayed. The place is absolutely beautiful and 100% as advertised. "This house is incredible in all ways. Beautiful grounds, great views and access to the ocean. The house is perfect for our adult kids to spread out but has a separate large kitchen to prepare food and then a huge, oversized table to enjoy our evening dinners together. The bedrooms were great and set apart which allowed for privacy. The house was within easy walk of the Tropic of Cancer beach. We had a great time there renting jetskis and enjoying a gorgeous beach. "We had a wonderful time at this property. We had 5 adults and 2 children and space for everyone to have privacy. The pictures and information were very accurate. The owner provided detailed information for local restaurants and points of interest. The beach was private and beautiful. We loved the kayaks and the pool. As stated it is a remote place- about 45 minutes from Georgetown, but again it made for privacy. Due to our travel dates many local restaurants on little Exuma end were closed for...

"The house was perfect for our friend trip. We came by boat and kept it at Exuma Yacht Club. We went to Santanna's for drinks and conch, we went to Chat N Chill and then explored some bars by EYC. The house was perfect to come home to and float in the pool and beach. We also went Kayaking a saw a few turtles and bone fish int he water! "
