Unique and excellent!
We love staying at the boat houses at the Cove! There was plenty of room for hanging out with friends, bedrooms, and all amenities were excellent. Everything was really clean and location was superb! I would definitely rent this again

Tranquil Getaway
We wanted a place to stay and just relax. This Houseboat was more than what we expected. Spectacular Views of the marina, walking distance to some great restaurants, and also took in a concert which was walking distance. Super clean, very safe, and spent most of the time on the upstairs covered deck gazing at the water. Never turned a tv on the entire stay.

Beautiful Houseboat
Very nice property! Amenities were great and the hosts were very helpful. The houseboat is located in a community of nearly identical houseboats, which are close together, so privacy outside is not perfect (and not as shown in the pictures online), but otherwise the houseboat community is very clean and well done. we spent hours on the back porch just enjoying the view and the breeze. Walking distance to historic downtown Wilmington and not far from the beaches so overall a great stay.

Great for the Conference
We stayed in this location DURING hurricane Debby. The house was amazing. it was very stable. very clean. The host was great and easy to communicate with. for the duration we stayed due to a conference, this boat was more economical than the hotels. 5 stars! would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway for a weekend
The boathouse was just beautiful. My family enjoyed our weekend gateway. We will rent again and again but stay longer. The only thing I wished for was a list of walking distance to restaurants. Or should I say more food near the boat houses .

Quiet Birthday Celebration
This property was beautiful and peaceful. The place was nicely decorated. For the property being pricey, the gravel parking lot and the unloading of luggage was very unexpected. One thing I can say is that we got in our steps while unloading. Next time we will bring our travel wagon. 😅. Other than that we enjoyed the stay!

UNIQUE & RELAXING GETAWAY
Peaceful stay in unique accommodations. Take in the town or stay put and relax, either way you can't go wrong. The property has everything you might need and more. The wifi is a bit spotty, if that's important to you. Definitely not a deal breaker for us. We enjoyed every moment!

Amazing Houseboat!
We had an amazing week on this beautiful houseboat!! After a long trip we were greeted by a basket of snacks and all the amenities you need to have a great holiday. The houseboat far exceeded our expectations and you cannot get better views than ones off the back deck. Kelly was great providing all the information needed, checkin and checkout were a breeze. We had a amazing time! I highly recommend renting Kelly and Patrick’s houseboat!

Paradise on Water!
Beautiful scenery, excellent relaxing location with awesome amenities! This place is wonderful, exactly as seen in the photos! The yachts were gorgeous to look at, great music and food from the Marina Grill and very peaceful in the evenings. The houseboat does rock when the water has waves, which can sometimes be calming! Loved the modern decor, it's impeccably designed! This was an a great bucket list item!!! The host are SUPERB!

Lovely stay
We traveled to Wilmington for our oldest son's college visit, and I've been eyeing this houseboat for a while. So glad my family was finally able to stay in it! It was beautiful appointed and so fun to stay on the water. What an experience! The hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing houseboat!!
All I can is that the pictures does not justify the experience nor the home enough. It was awesome! It was a surprise for my husband on Father’s Day weekend and he fell in love. The communication with the host was spot on as well. I still gave the trip a 5star although our only negative thing was parking during the concert that was going on the day when we arrived. The host told us where to park but the Marina was full and we listened to the port and concert Team of where to park and ended up getting a boot on our vehicle that costed us $160. I advised you to park in the parking deck and be sure to pay for it because it is Not free. But we did not let that ruin our trip although my husband was furious. I just want anyone else who rents to avoid getting booted because they are watching! Lol
