"A perfect little stay in a great area. The cottage was even better than described and was the perfect place to celebrate a big birthday. Contact from the owner and also the company they use to look after the cottage was excellent. The cottage was clean and well equipped and had everything we could think for our stay for 4 adults and our dog. The location is prefect and the area is quiet and close to everything we needed. "We stayed for 4 nights in September and can definitely give Kim and Nigel’s cottage 5 stars. Communication was brilliant and we had been left some wonderful supplies to get us started. The location next to Ellingham Church is very peaceful and the cottage is finished to a very high standard. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this property."

"We stayed in the chicken coop which had everything you needed it even had heating, it had a large window which you could look out up to the stars while in bed if you kept the blind up. The farm also offered a variety of Breakfasts which were delivered fresh that morning. The pub and farm shop near by were only an 8 min walk and provided a good selection of food and drink."

"Good communication in advance of arrival, though more clarity on parking may have helped. Unit next to ours had a very loud barking dog which woke us up on a Sunday at 7am unfortunately… and triggered our dog to bark. The walls are quite thin for noise to travel in/out. Aside from that, it was a really great studio with all one would need! It is on a working farm but whilst that means potential activity outside the door, it also means great green-space and farm animals to enjoy as well!!"

"The property is very old so things in the rooms dont work, like the lights, the water of the toilet never stops running, same with the showers, the rooms are not very clean specially the first one, that was the worse, unfortunately we had to sleep on that one cause there was no house keeping after 1pm, they moved us to 3 diff rooms, the first one was terrible, and dirty, the second one the bathroom light didnt work, and the shower didnt stop dripping, the Internet didn't work on neither one of...
