"This rental was beautifully done and so cozy! The entire place is new and accommodates everything you need! Carrie was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. I especially loved the coffee bar with many different coffee choices and even dairy free creamers! The bedroom is sectioned off from the living room and kitchen, which is nice for privacy. The location was great, too! It's near grocery shopping and restaurants. I would definitely come back here again! "

"We picked this property because of its rustic nature as well as ability to host a large number of people. The views are absolutely amazing. We couldn’t get enough, hated to leave. We look forward to booking again in the future. "

"This is a spacious house in a beautiful location right on the shore of Lake Champlain. There is limited access right behind the house where we were able to take pictures of the comet and gorgeous sunsets. There are many books to be read and a variety to choose from. We weren’t able to use the fireplaces for some reason. But after reading the House Instructions, we saw they weren’t available. "Was such a great stay. The first overnight stay for my puppy and he loved it too. Was a beautiful sunset across Lake Champlain. Watching the sun hit the lake from behind in the morning with coffee from the deck is something that is hard to forget. "

"This was a great place to getaway and decompress. The owner was friendly and communicative. The property was as in the condition it was described. We had a great time and our morning routine of walking across the road to enjoy our coffee while looking out over the lake was thoroughly enjoyable. We would stay here again."

"Cabin very nice. Very clean and plenty of kitchen tools and nice large dining table. The hosts are very easy to work with. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Third bedroom would be better to use with children as you have to walk through it to get to Master and the Bathroom is inside the master bedroom. Just to note - there are several security cameras around the oustde of the house. upstairs bath is inside that bedroom. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was comfortable, secluded, peaceful, charming and nice and simple. Totally chilled out and relaxed in the pleasant and beautiful lakeside retreat. Did some kayaking and swimming...Had a bonfire.. Did some site seeing...Don't miss Ausable Chasm and Texas Red Hots (2miles north). The owners, were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. Grounds were clean. Brought our dog, Zoey and she enjoyed it too. The getaway we needed. Thank you"
