"This was the second stay at this cosey cottage . Perfectly situated for walking into town and along the river . Beds comfortable with quality bedding. Courtyard garden was clean and tidy the frount door needs attention due to sticking and really having to push very hard to open and toiket seat is to small for pan which is a little off putting . The private Parking was easy and a bonus in Topsham . Would highly recommended this cottage . cold). Only o ) "

"On October half term we stayed at the lovely cottage and we all had an amazing time. It was the perfect getaway. Everything was as described in the website. Diane is very friendly and the cottage is beautiful. We felt like home. I would definitely recommend staying here. "

"We absolutely loved staying here. The photos really don’t do the barn justice, it’s so much bigger than we thought and we had so much space. It was perfect for what we needed it for. The bedrooms are lovely and all the beds are really comfortable. "We really enjoyed our stay in Linhay. The property was clean and very well equipped. The contact with the landlords, who live on the same property, was very nice and we felt very welcome. Linhay is a nice accommodation as a base for various excursions. The pub in the nearby village is within easy reach and offers regional specialities. Kind regards and Perhaps we see us next year."

"Had a lovely holiday week. We had the house and flat, ideal for our party of 9 and three dogs. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. Kitchens have just been refurbished, main house one wasn't quite finished but not a problem. Love the outside space too, enclosed garden for the children and dogs. Visited both the pubs for drinks and meals too, good food and welcome."

"Had a lovely stay at the property. Was a of three families with 6 adults and 8 children. Had a perfect selection of bedrooms/beds to suit us all. Great location. Host was extremely helpful, especially when one child wasn't very well. Would definitely recommend. "
