"I liked the bedroom with mini fridge tea/coffee making items. I liked the large shower and the fact it was quiet and warm. I didnt like small cups i think mugs would be better. The extractor fan in bathroom didnt work, there is a little mold around the shower tray. The bathroom floor needs grouting in parts. The garden is a big eyesore full of weeds etc not useable for anyone staying. The whole property was spotlessly clean. I had no english tea bags in my room but found some in the kitchen...

"A lovely 2 day break at the lakes, so peaceful and relaxing. Spa is great too and we pretty much had it to ourselves most of the time. Food in the tipi was also great, would have liked to have seen some more sweet breakfast and healthy options though. It would also be great if there was an on-site shop to buy any groceries/essentials to save having to drive elsewhere."

"Bedrooms lovely but tight around beds. but en-suites quite roomy. So easy for different groups to do different things in the huge barn dinning/kitchen/lounge. Our 4 and 6 aged grand sons loved the space and outdoors games. Trampoline, football, table tennis etc. Google the grinding barn for easy location guidance as 3 of our 4 cars struggled with the given directions."

"I stayed here with a friend for 4 nights - we were exploring the Cotswold's area. The Barn is a delightful place to stay and much impressed my American visitor. It is exquisitely furnished with many lovely touches and is clean as clean can be. The host was responsive and access was easy. The heating worked and the beds were so comfortable. "Stayed with a group of cycling friends, some from up north, some from London. This is a great location as it sits nicely in the middle. Also the local countryside makes for excellent cycling with lovely little villages and great pubs. The house was perfect for us and We had a fantastic weekend. "

"Very central to various places in the Cotswolds but such a joy to return to and to get up in each morning. Everything was there that we needed and I enjoyed the outside space to sit and read a bit and to dry some laundry. So bright and airy, roomy….we just loved Exchange Cottage and would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"The purpose of our stay was for my elderly parents to have a small break and I chose this property as being suitable for their needs. Our expectations were definitely fulfilled. It is beautiful property in a pretty setting. Highlights for us was that being all on one level was easy for my elderly parents. Access to the pool was easy, the pool was lovely and warm and nice to have to ourselves. The full size snooker table was an added bonus and the snooker player amongst us made full use of it!...

"The cottage was absolutely perfect for our party of 12 & our host mrs joyce was absolutely lovley. Check in & out was very easy and the property itself very easy to find even though its out in the beautiful countryside . The cottage was spacious and clean & we were all adequately accomodated the children were happy playing in the games room & the pool the house is ideal for a relaxing get-away every one really enjoyed thier stay we will definitely book again. "

"We had a great time at the lodge, it was spacious, well presented and in a nice wuiet location. All amenities were as listed and we didn't find anything wanting. The children found lots to do at the hoburne site and we could relax in the peaceful surroundings. Overall, a wonderful base ro explore the area. "

Unfortunately, the BBQ shown in the garden images does not work, however this was not necessarily mentioned as an amenity in the listing. The only place this house loses points is in its cleanliness - this really was not up to standard, as mentioned in previous reviews. Shower drains were full of hair from previous visitors; multiple bedrooms had either old food, empty wine or water...
