"This is a wonderful traditional inn located within a nice, quiet, walkable village. Wi-Fi and cable television are unreliable, but that's what you get when you are out in the countryside. The dinner we had, along with the breakfast, was wonderful, and we loved taking a stroll near the river and the waterfalls. "

"1-night stay for a business trip. This hotel is in a convenient location right on the Scotch Corner junction. Room was clean and as expected, easy parking. The restaurant was OK for both breakfast and dinner, not fine dining but decent enough. I recommend this one over the next Holiday Inn further north."

"Hotel was lovely the room was beautiful with 4 poster bed. The only thing I would say is that you don’t get to use the pool or spa and when I booked it. It didn’t say you had to pay extra on the booking at the time so that was abit disappointing. Apart from that location is great. We walked into Darlington for dinner. "
