"Enjoyed the house. Great location. House was actually much bigger than expected. If I had any thing short of five star, it would be in regards to cleanliness. Floors were dirty, as well as countertops in areas. However, it did not negatively impact our stay."

"This place is an amazing home away from home. You walk in and instantly your cares fade away. There is plenty of space both inside and outside the house for a large group. Everything you need is inside the space-- you can tuck away for the days you visit or within 20 minutes be to Starbucks, the grocery, etc. We made a quick visit for a TX HS football game but will be back! "Everything went perfectly. Property was clean and as advertised. Quick drive to Caddo Lake State Park and other points along the lake. It’s a pretty remote area, so it’s a bit of a drive to stores and restaurants though I did frequent a bait shop that doubles as a cafe along highway 43. 3F is the name, I believe. Details on local treasures available in the notebook in the cabin. Highly recommend this property. "
