"Overall, we were very pleased with the property during our stay. It was very well appointed, clean, and comfortable. While I appreciate the owner’s house rules and did try to follow them to the extent that we could. I did not insist that my son removed his shoes in the house as he is disabled and requires a prosthetic with his shoe to get around safely."

"AWESOME! From walking in the door to the low music, muffins & multiple coffee choices in the morning. This place is beautiful decorated for couples. Very quiet, relaxing wooded place above a garage. Definitely did not know you were on someone’s property. The host made it very personable with all the amenities. Loved the jacuzzi, and not having TV.. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice, quiet, relaxing, beautiful and even romantic getaway."

" I recently stayed two nights in the Cozy Cabin and the name correctly describes the property. The Cabin is located behind the host's home which is located in the middle of Ohio farmland. I walked out the first morning and I heard nothing but crickets and birds chirping and the breeze blowing through the cornstalks in the field. The cabin was neat and very clean and had everything that I needed during my stay. The mini-fridge was stocked with drinks and there were also snacks available....

"The house was in a perfect spot for visiting with family and access to Springfield. The AC worked beautifully while it was a typical hot August week. We did have to buy shampoo, conditioner and an iron though as none of this was provided. "

"This is the cleanest place we have ever stayed at- spotless!!!!! And the beds!!!
