"The Gun Room was very nicely kitted out. The kitchen had everything we needed. Bedroom was very comfortable and bright. One thing I would say is that the sofa is very small and not very comfortable! There is however a TV in the bedroom for lounging. The outside space is lovely and we had some great weather to enjoy it. We had our dog with us so the garden was great but the road was very busy so for a longer walk we had to go in the car. "

"Booked to stay for 1 night after a trip to Alton Towers. It's a shame we didn't stay for longer as the kids absolutely loved it - particularly the garden which was packed with things for them to do, including a zip line. Would definitely recommend for families and groups of friends with kids."

"We located the property after a change in date for a Archery tournament and the original booking could not be altered and so glad we did. Its a beautiful setting and very secure with the kit we were traveling with. We were greeted by the owners who made us fee extremely welcome. The property was very clean and ready earlier than stated. Stunning views out of every window and 2 large secure paddocks that you can let your 4 legged friend enjoy with no fear of them getting out. "The house was clean and contained everything needed for a lovely stay. It's set in a beautiful area looking over fields of sheep and horses. The hot tub works well. However, although the property is advertised as having 5 bathrooms, it should be noted that only 4 of the bedrooms are ensuite (and two of them share a Jack and Jill bathroom). There is one other bathroom but that is actually a toilet. There is also only one shower at the property, with the other two bathrooms having baths."

"Used this home as a base for a weekend in the Peak District, with 5 other couples. The building is stunning, kitchen is well stocked with appliances and other items. 2 fridge/freezers which were handy. Lots of spaces to relax and the hot tub was fantastic. WiFi is poor in wider areas of the house but excellent within the room of the house the modem is in. However, this is expected in a building of this size and didn’t ruin the weekend at all. Fanastic space to celebrate with friends for....
