"The card keysystem did not work. It had been down for 3 days. The front desk had to let you into the room. So you had no key to the room. I have never experienced that before."

"Stayed overnight after a concert. The venue was across the street, so it was super convenient. The staff were extremely nice and everything was clean. The shower was amazing!"
