Can’t beat the view!
This was such a great little place. Just as described- literally steps from all the shops and restaurants. Walked across the street to our favorite coffee shop each morning. Sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise and just having that beautiful view was my favorite part.

No frills Great location
This place was clean and tidy. Furnishings and decor are outdated. You will not be wowed by the condo but you will be wowed by the porch view. It was perfect for our visit. We just needed a spot to sleep and drink morning coffee!!! I would stay again.

Very clean!!
I wa so surprised at how clean the place was. Location was awesome and it brought back lots of great memories for my husband as he used to stay at station one for summer vacations. The only thing that ruined our vacation was someone doing renovation right next door. It was sooo loud and we have a toddler that is sensitive to loud noises.

Beach experience
It was beautiful sitting on our deck each day watching the Ocean. I walked along the beach each day watching the sun come up. Great place easy access to dining and shops.

Excellent location.
Excellent location, comfortable, and with all we needed to have a wonderful vacation. The AC started acting up and the property management company reacted quickly and had everything fixed and cool within a couple hours. Excellent response. Very impressed.

Great place with a great view!
The pool was very clean and very cool! It was perfect. This condo is directly on the beach. The view was wonderful and it’s conveniently located to some great restaurants including The Oceanic, which is a great dining experience on the water! We would definitely stay here again!

Family Paradise by the Beach
This place is a fantastic spot for families! It's incredibly spacious with a stunning beach view and easy access to the beach, making it a perfect choice for a family stay. The secure environment, along with nearby shops and cozy restaurants within walking distance, adds to the convenience and charm of the location. Having all the essentials like plates and knives readily available makes the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Relaxing vacay
My best friend and i needed some away time from the hustle and bustle of the world, and this was the perfect place to stay. We spent our time walking on the beach, laying by the pool, and ducking our heads into the quaint little shops around town. We couldn’t have asked for better weather either! This was the perfect place to stay. We will definitely be back to this beautiful beach!

Awesome view
Enjoyed our stay. Condo needs to be updated. Attention needs to be paid when getting off elevator. The condo before ours looked abandoned. Blacked out windows and front door looked neglected. Our condo door also looked neglected and windows needed to be addressed. That part was a little disconcerting. It was a bit scary. The view however was great but to be honest I did not feel comfortable walking up to the condo door. I knew what the expectations were regarding condo however I didn’t expect what I saw getting off the elevator. The building appears to be in good condition from the driveway and many areas were beautiful. Just not where we were located.

Had a great weekend on the beach. Condo is in great location. Walking distance to restaurants and bars, as well as some beach shops. Property is very secure and clean. Will definitely check on the property again when we return to Wilmington area.

That view!
The view as you walk in the front door is amazing. Many updates. You can tell it’s an older beach rental but it was clean and you can’t beat the location. Steps to beach, steps to food and shopping. Got to watch the sunrise from the deck on the morning along with the dolphins and surfers. The check in was a little bit of a hassle as you need to go down the street to the rental mgmt office. It’s on a corner where with traffic and pedestrians can be a little stressful. But that was my only complaint so really can’t complain. I would recommend this rental.

Short weekend stay at Wrightsville
Beautiful views of the ocean, convenient parking and right on the beach. Great quiet weekend getaway. Only sad that the sliding door from the king bedroom to the balcony and the windows did not open, but we enjoyed the rest!

Great view
Nice, clean place with great view of the beach. Very close to stores, restaurants. Outside of building is a little dated but overall the place is well maintained. Took off a star because the listing was not clear on the opening date for the pool, and I received emails about pool rules implying it was open. We went in April, it was 80 plus degrees, and there was water in the pool but a sign was up saying that it wasn’t yet open, which disappointed the kids. I had to find a listing for a different unit in the same building to find that it didn’t open until May. It was fine and we had a great time at the beach, but the listing should state the opening and closing dates for the pool so renters are informed.

The property was exactly as advertised. View perfect, filled with all the kitchen equipment you could need and games. A little shabby, but fine and very comfortable. However, I was incredibly annoyed to receive 8 emails in my 3 day stay to remind us checkout was by 10am. Also first time using vrbo where I got a cleaning list, also with multiple email reminders. Why were we paying a huge cleaning bill, owners really get ripped off. Usually we are told, enjoy your vacation and leave the cleaning to us.
