"What a wonderful, lovely cabin. It was very relaxing. It was refreshing to be around all that nature. We walked with our dogs on the trails several times a day. They enjoyed playing in the water, as did I. The owner was wonderful, answered my questions and sent me all the information needed the day before our trip. My husband and I will be back, but for a longer time so we can hike Ricketts Glen and Worlds End."

"This is our third stay at Thorne Haven and while I didn't think it possible, it was even better than before. I have shared this listing with a number of my work colleagues and they all exclaimed over the gorgeous dining room, the huge kitchen, the insane number of books, games, and movies, and that incredible master suite. "The lodge is designed for living on multiple levels with several bedrooms and different bed configurations. This allowed us to sleep 15 (children and adults) in ways that suited everyone's needs. The one bedroom listed with two bunk beds actually has one bunk bed (and double) but we were able to make do with a blow up mattress.
