"Before you book: if you haven't stay on a mountain hotel, and you don't know how to handle some bugs or moisture, don't book. This hotel is in the mountain, so there are bugs and moisture visible. Fungus on the shower curtain, and the hotel needs maintanance, but overall great. Chinese beds, and if you can, as almost all budget hotels, bring your own router, as wifi is low. "The service and follow-up, as well as the WhatsApp response, were wonderful, and they were very friendly at all times. The hotel has an excellent location. However, I did find the cleanliness to be an issue. There was lint in the room, the shower was clogged, the door and bathroom had no privacy between them. They didn't provide hand soap, and we left the cups dirty and didn't change them. In short, there was areas to improve during our stay, but I'd say the service was 10/10!"
