Ocean Trip
The Inn had a beautiful view from the front porch. Only if there wasn't any tall RV's blocking it. Accessing the door lock was almost impossible. Had to call twice, before we were able to open the door. They need new access locks on the door. Parts of the floor in the room were warped and dangerous. The trash cans were right outside our window which was a sore sight. As far as the kitchen goes, only 2 silverware, plates, cups etc. which made you have to hand wash everything if you were staying more than 1 day. I was really disappointed and have always enjoyed anything that Vascas manages. I hate complaining but this needs to be addressed for the next guests.

Thin walls and dirty
This rental was dirty with cobwebs, mold and bugs. The walls were paper thin, we could hear every word and movement from the people next to us. The building was almost sitting on highway 101 so it was very noisy with traffic. The toilet leaked onto the floor, the TV didn’t work, the two coffee mugs provided were too tall for the Kuerig machine. What else could go wrong? Super unhappy that we spent money on this crappy rental and will never go there again! Do NOT recommend.

We had issues with the lock but the housekeepers were wonderful and helped us. The room was clean but we did notice some mold around the skylights. Overall it was a nice stay and great to be walking distance to everything in town.

Best little hotel-like stay around!
The property is like an old hotel or motel converted each room into a separate vrbo stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed and the bedding was comfy. The kitchen was everything I needed! The bathtub is sooo nice to have in that little space and the water stays super hot. They allow dogs and all the other ppl staying were so friendly and nice. I had a wonderful stay here and would recommend to anyone. I will definitely be back!

Great location.
Room needs TLC. Coffee maker was broken. Bed was uncomfortable. Places where floor needs to be replaced. There were only 2 lg spoons not any regular soup spoons. Thankful for the tea kettle. Easy to walk to many of the places we visited. Our stay was good, but could have been better.

Clean. Great location and views. Worst bed we ever saw, I spent 4 nights on the floor. NO cell service and very spotty wifi, our freinds left because of those factors.

comfortable room but too close to hwy.
Room was fine but right next to hwy 101. It was well located near restaurants and the beach. Biggest complaint was that tv had 3 remotes and no information as to what was available on tv. Couldn't get any tv stations or cable channels even tho there was an obvious cable box.

What a dump
I can’t believe I’ll end up paying this much for one night at this dump. The bed is totally shot. The furniture is all cheap and worn out. The blinds are broken and so they hung up a cheap curtain. There is weird useless junk plugged into the outlets. The wiring behind the tv is an unsafe mess. What an absolute dump!

Great Yachats location
Excellent location with nicely upgraded room in vintage style motel with kitchenette. Very clean and good WiFi. Only issue we had was that the door code to get in the room on the e-mail confirmation and on vacasa app were not the same, so only one of the two worked; be sure to obtain and try both.

Cozy, centrally located studio
We wanted to take our puppy to the coast for the first time. This studio is cozy, and within 2 blocks of food, coffee and drinks. Some things to consider: there are no throw blankets, just a thin quilt on the bed. Thankfully we brought some "car blankets" to snuggle up in, but it would have been nice for a couple extras. The wifi went out midday Saturday. Not a huge deal, except there was no cell service either, so was not able to get the email saying if we would be able so have a late checkout or not. Overall a nice place, and would stay here again.

Excellent stay. Exactly as advertised.
Very clean unit right on hwy 101 but noise was not an issue. Unit is light and bright with dual skylights. Room feels like it is in almost new condition. Such a great deal mid-week. We hope to return in the future.

Kitchenette not set up toreally cook anything. Poorly equipped. Freezer did not work on the refrigerator. Noisy dogs next door made for poor sleeping

Adorable little place with a great location
This little studio was perfect for my recent stay. It was spotlessly clean and just the right size. There is a partial ocean view from the window above the table, which was perfect for working at every morning. The road is very close to this room - just several yards - but the road noise really wasn't too bad. The vaulted ceilings and skylights really make this room feel spacious and airy. I'll be back!

Best Way to start your honeymoon
We loved it from the moment we pulled. Quaint, cozy with a great layout. Our room had a view of the bay and ocean across the highway and the noise was nothing more that what we deal with at home. All the restaurants and shops made the convenience great and if I had known how much we would have liked this place we would have spent our entire week there.

Ideally located and Well-appointed
Located within walking distance of beaches, restaurants and shops, this spacious, and well-appointed room was as comfortable and pleasing to the eye as home. Appliances and dinnerware were color coordinated and like new. Skylights and ceiling fan kept the room light but comfortable. Although daytime traffic noise can be heard, by night all is quiet. The place is kept very clean. The whimsy of the spouting whale park in front of the building was fun, too! I enjoyed my stay and wished for more time there next visit.
