Even if you try to order room service, you have to order a very unappetizing meal.
Other than that, the cleaning staff are very kind.
For the same price, they are flexible to accommodate nearby Pan Pacific, so I found it useful, but recently they have become stricter and the minibar has disappeared, which is very disappointing.
I hope that various services will be improved in the future.
For example, I think that it is necessary not only to tighten the services and rules, but also to display and place in the room information signs for each floor and service and the room service menu in all rooms.
Also, in some rooms, the pillars are in the way and you can't see the view.
And the room is clean, but the view is not very good because the windows are dirty.
I recommend that you choose a hotel based on the overall evaluation.
