"The entire booking process was cumbersome / U had to provide copies of my drivers license, and screenshot of bank statement to prove payment. To get the keys I had to collect keys from a service station some distance away, wait to ensures keys were “scanned”. The apartment was dirty, outside area not able to be used and was filthy. I constantly received messages reminding me to ensure I left by 10am. When leaving had to drive to service station again, wait for key to be “scanned”. Terrible...

"The apartment was very central in Melbourne CBD and was walking distance to all malls and other places of interest. Overall very nice apartment and instructions from manager was very concise and easy to understand. Would definitely use this service and stay here again next time I am in Melbourne "

The only problem we encountered was there were sometimes power outages in the house and most outlets suddenly not working. It was an easy fix, but it happened a few times during our stay.
