"Friendly staff, nice interior design and a good deal of choices in breakfast. Shower is stronger than I expected. However, my friend got locked out of his room due to technical error of the door lock. It surprised us as this hotel is rather new and this has never happened to me in other Hyatt hotels in the world. Hyatt should look into this."

"We very much enjoyed everything about our stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The room was large and very clean and pleasant. Breakfast featured an extensive menu of both Chinese and Western fare, including eggs, bacon, fruit, a selection of meat and cheese, pasta, and an attractive offering of pastries. "I bragged to my friends that I spent 3 days at a nice hotel by the Yellow River. The room was spacious and clean, and the service was good. I was satisfied because there were many kinds of breakfast. I used the bar after dinner and I was impressed by the kindness of the waitress. However, I had no choice but to use a taxi to get out of town, so that was a shame. But the staff call a taxi quickly I didn't have any difficulties. Even if I went back to Lanzhou I will be using the Crown Plaza Hotel."

"Because of airplane delay I asked the manager to change my reservation into the next day, he accepted it. This hotel is located at the city center and it is very convenient to have dinner around. Across the street, there is a bus station in which we can go to the south station and wr can get on the express bus. Also breakfast is served."
