Great communication with host, almost instant replies. Clean, stocked and cute cabin! 3 full size bath towels, several hand towels and 4 wash towels. We sat on screened in back porch in rocking chairs and watched deer in mornings. They were there in evenings too. 10 min drive to Dillard’s Ferry and also to Buffalo Point. Not really within walking distance. Wild Bills has a small station with a few things that you can get if you forgot something. Mainly a small “gas station”. No onsite laundry (which was fine with us). Also, might pack coffee and seasonings. There were plenty of dishes/cups/dish soap and trash bags. Couple extra rolls of toilet paper in restroom. Indian Rockhouse is close…great hike (if you’re used to hiking some). Takes anywhere from 2-4 hours. Take plenty of water and light snacks. Beautiful, a little tricky at times and lots of ups and downs…so worth it! cabin has comfy bed in upstairs loft! Only thing we had a TEENY issue with, we’re not used to going up and down stairs in the night lol! Stairs are NOT narrow or steep…so that is why I say TEENY issue (just for us) not a reason to not book this cabin!
