"Pretty bummed that we did not get any response from the host when requesting the access to the place on the day of check in. They eventually responded after multiple emails on day 2. We had to find accommodations to cover the first night and there was no offer for compensation. The internet wasn't working and the water was shut off on the 3rd day. My employees live out of their suitcases and count on lodging to be a seamless process. This was not that. Would not recommend for these reasons."

"The Monroe River House in Roseburg, OR was the perfect home for us. The master bedroom was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. Having an additional BR and bathroom was a bonus, too. "Went for my son’s birthday. Got in late Friday night. The check-in was very smooth and the employee working was extremely helpful by Ensuring we had enough blankets/pillows and towels. While also explaining breakfast hours, wifi password, and even assisted us to our room. We were on an end room, just above the breakfast area. I don’t think it was a very busy weekend (I could be wrong of course) but we heard no noise at all out in the hallway. Definitely would stay again! Thank you so much! ❤️"
