"The house and location are gorgeous. The bedrooms are all nice but the two ocean facing rooms are fantastic. They are huge, all windows, and well appointed. Although there is no direct access to the beach, the walk down the hill is short and well worth it. The beach is lovely and has incredible sunrise views. "We could only fine one means of egress, which was the entry door with the keypad. There is another door on the ground level, but it was locked and the lockbox keys did not open it. In addition, there appeared to be a door inside that leads to the ground level, but that was also locked and no key was provided. This may be in violation of the Maine fire code and should be corrected. I believe the code states that two means of egress are required in residential buildings. "

"For the most part my 3 night stay was great. A few hiccups. Heating system use was difficult to figure out in the bedrooms. There were extra pillows but no extra blankets. TVs were hard to figure out if you’ve never used Roku. Otherwise place was great. Super clean and spacious. "

"We absolutely loved the place. We were 3 adults and we had plenty of space. The only thing I would add is some pots/pans/fan above the oven. Otherwise, it was perfect, very quiet, well located, people were really nice on site. We would definitely go again!!"

"The property is well maintained and very clean. It was a great location and a short walk to both downtown and the Marginal Way. Communication with the host was helpful and prompt. WiFi and cable TV were great. We brought Apple TV and Google Assistant and both worked well. We will definitely return. "

We had three girls staying there for a girls weekend, and even though the house can sleep more than that, I think it would have felt cramped, so keep that in mind. The place is only about a mile away from the beautiful boat area where there are many quaint gift shops and restaurants. We had such a wonderful time exploring Ogunquit and the neighboring towns. "Union Bluff is situated in a serene and jaw-dropping area next to the beach of the Gulf of Maine. The main hotel is very dated. The carpeting, doors, bathroom tiles and furniture are from the 1960s or 70s. There were old, large (2 ft in diameter) oil stains on the carpeting in front of the elevator on our floor. Located right in between short sands and long sands and walkable to both, the room was large, clean, and had an ocean view.
