The condo was clean, welcoming, and lovely. It was perfectly located to Long Sands. We spent a lot of time in the condo because weather was rainy and cold. The living room furniture was comfortable for reading and watching movies.

Great Location
The house was cute and just right for our family. It was clean and neat. The location of the property was great. We loaded our car and brought all our things to the beach. Brought the car bar back and walked to the beach. We had a wonderful time!

Great location. Unit was as described. Well stocked with bedding, towels, laundry & dishwashing supplies. Neighbors were friendly. Short & safe walk to the beach with children & dog. Would stay here again.

Quaint beach property
Inside of the property is really cute & clean. Outside could use a little TLC. If you choose this property, don't make the mistake we did and assume there are pot holders & oven mitts, only to find out there are none when you need them most! You'll need to bring your own as they are not considered to be "basic supplies" but the property owners.

Our stay was nice and convenient. The back of the house was lacking curb appeal and could use a bit of a clean, but entering was easy and everything appeared clean and nice. The carpet in the living room wasn’t vacuumed and was very noticeable when my wife did her work outs. Everything else was great

My intuition was right when I called several weeks before arriving and asked if we were going to have enough supplies to get us through 7 days of our stay. I was assured that everything would be fine and if we needed more supplies to just give them a call and we would get them, no problem. Boy was that far from the truth. When we arrived, I found an empty bottle of laundry detergent- that’s right, EMPTY. With further inspection we found that the rental was definitely not cleaned properly- leftover food in the cabinets, trash behind a chair, dirt and dust bunnies on the floor, grill was filthy, grass was not mowed. My first call was made to Vacasa- I was told not to worry and that they would get back to me. Things when South quickly after that. We found out the dryer was broke, coffee pot was cracked, and dish washer leaked all over the floor. More calls were made with no answers. At this point we’re running out of towels and we’re buying our own supplies including a new coffee pot. We live 7 hours away and we have a toddler. I specifically rented this place because of the accommodations- the accommodations that were non-existent. After speaking with multiple customer service reps and 2 supervisors, we got a bag full of towels on the back porch and someone came to clean the grill. My argument, for what Vrbo and Vacasa are so easily ready to charge people for “cleaning” and “service” fees, they better have actually have CLEANED and SERVICED the rental. Never again.

Pleasant stay
This is a reasonable place to stay with very easy access to the beach. 2 comfortable bedrooms upstairs, reasonable kitchen. Small signs of wear - bathroom latch didn't work, cushions for the tall kitchen chairs were missing, screen door kept coming off the track.

Great place to rent
I rented this place to visit my brother and his family. Great place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the pull out couch in the living room was also very comfortable to sleep on. It was a very quiet place. It was a short distance to the ocean. I loved that they had a Keurig, dishes, and pots and pans to use during your stay.

We were pleased with property overall. Close to the beach to do some early morning walking. The 3rd bedroom is a loft with twin beds and requires a ship ladder stairs to get up into them. Missed that with booking but made do. Property could have been supplied with more towels and glasses in the kitchen. Overall, would stay again.

Everything was so comfortable and very nice
We were very pleased with the condo itself, the beds were very soft. The rooms were all nicely decorated. It was very clean. The area was very quite and the location was perfect, two minute walk to the beach!

Perfect location for a family get away
My family of 5 loved this cute house for our vacation. So easy to pack the bags and walk down for a perfect beach day. My kids especially loved the loft area. Would certainly rent again!

Great place!
We needed a last minute place to stay due to some renovations at our house. We were lucky this place was available. It worked out perfectly. It’s a short walk to the beach and we also walked along the neighborhood each day. The set up is great, we loved the kitchen especially. Evergreen was really comfortable and the place is decorated really nicely, with a cute beach theme. The host provides lots of towels, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, pretty much everything you can think of. We had an awesome stay and we really love the area. Thank you!

We had an awesome time!
We stayed here for Christmas to visit my grandma in York. Place is in a great location, very clean and modern. Bed was comfy and kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Only 2 negatives- 1- during checkin process they gave me the wrong code for the lockbox which cause a bit of a headache as I had to call the 1-800 number outside in the cold (but got the new code after 10-15 min). 2- upstairs toilet was not working when we got there, but I was able to fix it myself ( inside chain fell off). Otherwise it was a great stay, one more thing I would caution is that the room with the twin beds is in a loft so young kids and older adults will have a hard time getting up and down there. Loft is great for pre teens.
