"We should have listened to the other reviews on this place, but unfortunately there wasn't much in the area to choose from. From the moment we walked in it smelled terrible, almost like a skunk smell. Obviously it's right on the Fox River so there's going to be bugs but a lot of the windows especially upstairs are not sealed right and in one of the bedrooms there were a ton of mosquitoes and other bugs all over the ceiling. "The surrounding area was nice but This property is nothing like the unit that was advertised, and I feel completely misled. I reached out immediately after noticing the issue and asked to be switched to the correct unit, but my request was ignored. The condition of the place is absolutely unacceptable. "Ronnie was absolutely professional and kind. His boat "Pure Pleasure" completely lived up to its name. Everyone on the dock at the marina was kind. My kiddos enjoyed the boat and all of its amenities. We were able to watch movies, cook what we call "boat burgers", fish on the dock, get some much needed relaxation, as well as listen to some music.
