"ベルーナドームでのライブの時に宿泊しました。最寄りの所沢駅から少し歩きますが、写真付きで丁寧な説明文を送ってくださるので迷うことはありませんでした。11月末のライブで体がとても冷えていたのですが、着いた時に部屋を暖かくして下さっていてとても嬉しかったです！部屋の中は明るく清潔で、ベッドも広く娘と2人でゆっくり休めました。 また、事前に宿泊者情報を送らなくてはいけなかったのを自分の不注意で忘れていたにも関わらず、親切丁寧に対応いただき本当に助かりました。ありがとうございました。"
