No le gustó: Limpieza, servicios, estado de la propiedad e instalaciones
Didn’t stay..... waited one hour for someone to turn up and let us in .. his words to us. “Didn’t think you were coming as all Thomas Cook Flights stopped!! Explained had driven all night to an alternative airport and flown with Easyjet. Arriving at the property about 30mins later than we would of on the original flight. We were shown inside the room and it was nothing like as described and photos very cleverly shot to make it look spacious. The surrounding gardens were overgrown and untidy, with building materials all left out - really not a nice view from the balcony!!
We had paid even more money out to fly out from another airport and stayed up all night/plus extra 4 hr drive, then an hour waiting to be let in.. we really couldn’t face grotty accommodation on top of everything!
Explained we would pay for the first night even though we would not be staying as really not the accommodation as describe and waiting an hour to be let in was unacceptable and therefore would like a refund for the remainder of week. Still waiting for a reply from Expedia and the property, despite having made several costly phone calls during our holiday.
