" I recently stayed two nights in the Cozy Cabin and the name correctly describes the property. The Cabin is located behind the host's home which is located in the middle of Ohio farmland. I walked out the first morning and I heard nothing but crickets and birds chirping and the breeze blowing through the cornstalks in the field. The cabin was neat and very clean and had everything that I needed during my stay. The mini-fridge was stocked with drinks and there were also snacks available....

"Great spot for our 2-day getaway! Really enjoyed the large, lakefront backyard and fishing along the channel, fire pit, and screened-in back porch. Jon is a great host and available to help with anything you might need. Woody’s restaurant is also nearby - great place for pizza or breakfast! Mmight need. "

No extra “bells and whistles” like we have experienced elsewhere (Would have been great to have an extra roll of paper towels/an extra garbage bag/etc.), but everything was more or less as indicated in the listing description. No “extras”- but it worked for what we needed. The property owner was easy to communicate with and friendly. "

" We loved this location for the quiet, picturesque lane, fishing off the dock, and a yard that backs up to a huge field with deer. We had our grandsons with us and it was perfect for them and very safe. We also enjoyed S’mores and beautiful sunsets from the huge front deck as the sun dipped into the lake. The cottage is well equipped and the owner reached out immediately with helpful information. She also made sure the kayaks were ready to go and placed outside for us when we arrived....
