"房间不清洁。水杯、水煲等用具也有不少明显污渍。房间服务电话要打几次才有人接听。check out时更用了很长时间，一时说要查一查我的房费是否含早餐，一时说是要检查清楚我应该用什么方法支付，前台对check out这个基本程序竟然不能应付自如，服务员态度也很差。这我入住过众多酒店中最差劣的！"

"同事入住的是隔壁的taiwoo酒店 去参观了下 感觉element性价比比较高（尤其是房源紧张的时候）receptionist的服务很好 一直笑嘻嘻的 离滑雪场非常近 就是希望酒店的晚餐提供能稍微延长时间"
