"This is a lovely property and there were only minor issues with cleanliness such as dead bugs and spider webs throughout the rental which leads me to believe it is not thoroughly cleaned regularly. My major concern was that the listing stated that the owners who live in the house above stay at one ..."

Found out the morning of our arrival that he property was double booked!
"We never got to stay here because when I messaged the owner for the access code to get it, she told me that I did not have the house, blamed the app, and that there was nothing she could do! I booked it in November 2022 for my daughter's college graduation on May 6th, 2023, we had it for the weekend. ..."
