"Great location. Cut through the park and you're on the beach. Two stores (one with fresh produce) a very short walk away. A taqueria across the street. My only complaint would be the traffic noise but there's nothing to be done about that. At night, the waves muffle the road noise. Great little pool to cool down after a beach day. And, who doesn't love to shower outside. We'll be back!!"

"Very clean and extremely responsive staff. A little street noise at night, but then again Zipolite is a busy little tourist town. Lots of steep spiral towers, so be careful. Great rooftop terrace and pool is ok. WIFI was fast and rarely not working."

"Beautiful view, well-equipped kitchen, good air conditioning and quiet. You can easily walk to the town by the beach, where you will find restaurants and small stores with some basic options for food (better to do grocery shopping before to arrive if you want more choices). They provide an umbrella for the beach. Some mosquitos around sunset when we were there in July, but not a problem during the rest of the day."

"From the day I booked our stay, I was in communication with the owner. She was helpful in so many ways, from transportation to and from airport, rental car, and dinner reservations. "Muy buen hotel para ir en pareja la pasamos excelente llegamos tarde y aún así había alguien para atendernos, nos dieron opción de fiesta y fue muy fácil ir por la playa, la comida exquisita, el costo de latte check out es muy alto hay hoteles que te dan opción a las 3 o 4 pm por un costo menor. "
