Beautiful villa in Zmijavci
The pictures do not do the villa justice, the private grounds and gardens are beautiful surrounding a large swimming pool which has lighting around the garden and mood changing pool lighting which made evening swimming a must. Inside the villa is roomy with lots of charming character and well equipped with everything we needed, there is also a hidden snug below the garage which was cool and comfortable and a great escape. 2 of the bedrooms had air conditioning which was much needed as the weather was late 30s. The other bedrooms all had fans. The hosts were wonderful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them and only a call away if we needed anything. They provided lots of local information and places of interest that helped us on our stay, with added bonus of homemade wine and beers left in the fridge on our arrival. The hosts even provided some pool inflatables which meant the kids could jump straight in and enjoy the pool shortly after we arrived. The villa definitely had the wow factor and made our wonderful memories for our family. We chose the villa as it was located between Split and Dubrovnik with easy access to Imotski which had good local amenities and the Blue Lake. Highly recommend this villa and hosts.

Amazing holiday!!!
Fantastic villa! Very spacious, we were a group of seven and plenty of room for all. Amenities were brilliant, anything you could think you need is provided for. The hosts are very welcoming and eager to make the stay as fun as possible and they did. They took great care of us and made some great recommendations on where to go and what to do. Cannot wait to get back. Highly recommended!!!

Superb for two families
This is a spacious, extremely well-equipped villa with a fantastic pool. The hosts were friendly and attentive and made the stay perfect. Two big bedrooms with air-conditioning and two smaller bedrooms with fans. Bathrooms on every level.A games room with table tennis and fussball! A trampolines! You need a car to stay here and there's plenty of on-site parking. Two nearby supermarkets (ten-minute drive) are Lidl (the same as you'd find anywhere) and the Konzum (much better, and with everything you'll need). A good base for exploring and relaxing. Recommended.

Perfecte locatie voor gezinnen
Heel gezellig en tof verblijf gehad. Ondanks de warme temperaturen is het heel aangenaam vertoeven op het met bomen overdekte terras en frisse woning. Er is een zeer mooie tuin met tal van mogelijkheden om de kinderen te laten spelen, te zwemmen, relaxen... Ruimte in overvloed, frisse en gezellige kelder met zithoek geven super toffe gezelschapsvonden... HEEL warm onthaal door de eigenaren die steeds ter beschikking staan. Een leuke verrassing in de koelkast verwelkomde ons bij aankomst. De eigenaren zijn HEEL vriendelijk en staan steeds klaar. Rustig gelegen, weg van het toerisme, maar toch in de nabijheid van alle nodige accommodatie en bezienswaardigheden. Een echte aanrader, perfecte verblijf in een heel mooie omgeving...

Lovely nicely situated place
Marijana’s place was amazing! We shared it between two families of four. There was ample space for everyone to spread out and plenty of sleeping spaces for everyone. The setting was very quiet, and we loved having access to the pool. But we also used the ping pong and foosball tables a lot. Marijana had some excellent recommendations for local restaurants and a few activities. Everything about the place was great, and the couple of times we needed something, the hosts were extremely responsive. Communication was excellent at all times. And the kitchen was really well stocked -- we had no problem preparing and eating several meals here (and we loved using the barbecue as well). We’d definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if we were in the area.

The House is very practical and quite confortable for 8 people. Calm neighborhood. 45 minutes from Makarska/the sea and from Biokovo national park. Marijana was a nice host, very easy to communicate with.

Schöne Lage, schönes Haus! Ein wunderbarer und großer Pool! Durch den Zaun und das Tor hat man das Gefühl für sich zu sein! Wir haben das Essen am großen Tisch draußen sehr genossen . Ein wundervoller Blick aus dem Badfenster im 2. Stock!Super nette und hilfsbereite Mieter und eine Katze , die für die Kinder der absolute Star war. Amazing hosts , beautiful place
I cant say enough how fantastic marijana and mladen are, we didnt just want a holiday home we wanted a time to remember as we got married while we was away, they helped us with everything, they even found our wedding venue for us and helped us get exactly what we wanted, there home is beautiful! We wanted something we got it, we wanted to go somewhere they got us there , we arrived late and as nothing was open they had put a food platter and cold drinks in the fridge for us, the attention to detail is fantastic, the hospitality is second to none, me and my family have had the most amazing two weeks away and cannot thank them enough, highly reccomend villa marijana to anyone who wants a nice relaxing holiday. The locals are so welcoming and friendly, the local restaurant was so sweet, amazing service and the food is beautiful. If I could give marijana and mladen 10 stars I would.

Stunning property with helpful owners
The villa is exactly as described and was sparkling clean. It was very hot at times during our stay and we could have done with air conditioning in the main living area at times, however I think more air con could be going in as wiring was in place for it. Take some insect repellent as come evening the mosquitoes really get going. There is a small shop within walking distance, but you do really need to get in the car to eat out and parking can sometimes be tricky to find in busy tourist spots. We had four teenagers with us and they loved the villa and we spent a couple of days in Omis doing the amazing zip wiring and the white water rafting which kept them happy. We also visited the Blue lake twice as it is only 10 mins away and was a fantastic experience climbing down and swimming in the lake. Croatia is a beautiful country with an amazing coastline, and this villa is a fabulous base to explore from.

Lyxig pool, trevliga värdar som bjöd på middag på restaurang en kväll, städat o rent. Alla förnödenheter fanns i huset. Måste ha bil då det är långt till civilisationen. Bra vägar o lugn trafik. Fantastisk omgivning i bergen vid huset. Perfekt för en stillsam semester. Vi är mycket nöjda!

Home from a great two weeks in marijana and Malden’s beautiful home,would definitely recommend it!so spacious has absolutely everything you need home from home,Large beautiful pool set in gorgeous gardens,the children loved the play area with games in. The weather let us down a little but that didn’t at all spoil our holiday.Marijana and Malden are the most helpful lovely hosts we have come across,marijana went out of her way and sorted the most gorgeous tasty birthday cake for my sons 30th birthday,and then on the evening both her and Malden brought over a ready prepared Croatian meal which was just lovely and we tired the frogs legs! Would definitely recommend staying in this home in this beautiful part of the world,we would definitely think of returning.our very best wishes and big thanks to marijana and mladen😘xx

Stunning villa Fantastic space gorgeous pool and superb communication with the owners
The villa itself was stunning. It was finished to a very high standard. There was plenty of space for all as we were two families and the garden was beautiful we were concerned before we arrived that the pool may not be big enough but we were wrong it was huge!!! There is also a games room in the garden for the children with table tennis a football table and darts ... It was perfect and so safe as the gates at the front of the property closed therefore it kept the children fully enclosed and they had an absolute ball!!!! Which meant we did too. The communication from booking the holiday to the end with Marianna and Maldeln was fantastic .our every need was met and they were a permanent point of contact if we ever needed them they never encroached on our need for privacy but were always there for anything we required. They recommended restaurants activities and beaches for us to visit and we were never disappointed they even went the length of cooking us a homemade Croatian meal one evening which was spectacular !!!! one evening we had a takeaway which arrived plated up with cutlery in a basket and after we had finished the takeaway we didn't even need to wash a plate as we put the basket outside the villa gates and it was collected and everything washed for us what another lovely luxury to have on a lovely holiday. Every morning a little bakery van arrived and beeped outside the villa gates at 9:30 a.m. with an array of fresh pastries and bread this was fantastic and the children absolutely love this. The beaches were sensational the water so clear and clean and so, perfect for the children Cabana Beach which is just before makarska was excellent and we would highly recommend it ...the restaurants were lovely and it was a lot quieter than other beaches. We had the best holiday and this was mainly due to Marijana and Maldeln going above and beyond to make our stay so special .Thankyou guys!!!! We will be back!!!

Fantastic Vila with everything for a fabulous holiday and more!
We had a great time at Villa Marijana! From initial communications all the way to our final goodbyes, Marijana and Mladen have been the greatest of hosts with an excellent eye for detail and welcoming touches. We were greeted with plates of local meat and olives and cold drinks in the fridge, fresh figs and tomatoes from the garden! This villa is the prefect place to base yourself for your Croatian holiday. We visited Mostar, beaches, a local football match, national parks, went rafting, walking and had a day on a speed boat as well as relaxed by the pool! Marijana and Mladen made everything easy and accessible for us to have a the perfect holiday. The village is lovely and everything you need is in easy reach. The kids loved the pool, large garden and the games room and the adults loved the terrace, the kitchen, BBQ, shower rooms and wonderful views. We were a group of 2 families, 8 people in total and couldn't fault the accommodation for facilities and hosts. Thank you, highly recommend and we will be back!

Amazing!
My family and I stayed at Villa Marijana for 10 days and we couldn't of asked for a better holiday. The villa is beautiful, well kept, with an amazing large pool to cool off in the hot summer sun. It's spacious both inside and out with everything being finished to a very high standard. Villa Marijana has to be the best Villa I have stayed in. Marijana and her husband were brilliant, very attentive, helpful and shared all knowledge of the local area. They helped with directions, food ordering and shared their homegrown vegetables, fruit and alcohol. I couldn't have asked for better hosts, they were always on call and wanted to ensure that my holiday was enjoyed. When in Croatia, you must explore the following areas. All are incredibly beautiful and a must see - Blue Lake and Red Lake in Imotski - Baska Voda Harbour - Brela Beach - Markarsa Harbour and Beach - A boat tour of Brac and Hvar An amazing holiday, outstanding Villa would definitely recommend!

Traumhafte Villa mit sehr hilfsbereiten Gastgebern
Wir sind am 24.6.2017 in Kroatien angekommen und haben uns in der Villa sofort wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden von den Gastgebern sehr herzlich begrüßt und willkommen geheißen und konnten dort für 10 Tage die Ferien genießen. Das Haus ist auf drei Ebenen liebevoll gestaltet. Zudem verfügt es über einen Balkon mit Lounge-Charakter und einer großen Terrasse. Der Pool ist traumhaft und verfügt über ausreichende Liegemöglichkeiten. Dadurch, dass der Pool mit Salzwasser gefüllt ist, statt mit gechlortem, war dies schonender für die Augen. Die Außenanlagen sind ebenfalls sehr ansprechend. So sind unterschiedliche Sommerblumen, aber auch Lavendelsträucher, Olivenbäume und Rosmarin zu betrachten. Feigenbäumen runden das mediterrane Flair ab. Die Gastgeber waren stets hilfsbereit, freundlich und sehr darauf bedacht, dass wir uns wohl gefühlt haben. Wir haben uns entschlossen, nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen.

The villa is lovely and marijana and her husband made every effort to make our stay an enjoyable one. We were a group of 2 famalies including 4 teenage children. The kids loved the pool which is very well maintained and a good temperature (august). The garden is spacious and well kept. We were able to pick fresh tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden. There are other properties nearby but the villa is not overlooked and has nice views from the terrace. It is very quiet and there is virtually no traffic on the lane past the villa. It's about 5 min by car fom the town of imotski where there is a large supermarket. 45 mins to makarska on the coast. The beach resorts were very busy when we went but the sea is great for swimming and watersports. It's a very pretty area of coastline. We went swimming in the blue lake outside imotski which is a spectacular setting.

Beautiful Villa in a peaceful village
First of all thanks to our lovely hosts Marijana and Mladen who were so friendly and helpful that made our vacation very comfortable! We were traveling in a big group of 10 adults and 1 child. The Villa Marijana was just perfect for us. It is beautiful and has a great garden area with enough space for everyone. The highlight of the Villa was the swimming pool. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Marijana provided a Mobil phone for us and recommend some restaurants and places to visit which was really helpful. We liked the beach in Brela and Makarska but Split is also very nice to visit. I would definitely stay again in the "Villa Marijana" and recommend it to others.
