"I liked the location of the property; it was very close to the train station. I did not like how there was no person at the help-desk and the customer service was conducted strictly through emails with no phone number to call and they took hours to get us our entrance code while we waited in the cold."

"Un poco dificil de conseguir la locación. No hay elevador y está en el tercer piso. Del resto es muy limpio y cómodo. La ubicación es espectacular, tiendas, minimercados, restaurantes a 100 mts de distancia. No tiene parqueadero pero hay varios muy cerca. La cama, el wifi y la cocina son lo mejor."

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem urigen, gemütlichen Chalet! Das Haus ist super eingerichtet, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet mit allem was man im Alltag benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat super geklappt. Wir vermissen die Berge und das Haus jetzt schon. Erholung pur! "Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf den Vierwaldstätter See war genial. Die Ferienwohnung war mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Der eine Stern Abzug ist für die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Inneneinrichtung, was aber Geschmackssache ist. Aber ansonsten eine sehr nette Gastgeberfamilie und top Ferienwohnung, welche wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank nochmals für die schöne Woche bei Ihnen."

"Die Lage dieser kleinen Wohnung ist toll und auch nett eingerichtet, alles Wichtige ist für einige Tage Aufenthalt vorhanden. Es war schade, dass wir die Heizung nicht einschalten konnten. Bei ca 10-13 Grad Außentemperatur wäre Wärme im Raum sehr schön gewesen. Für den Vermieter ist es evtl gut zu wissen, dass im Bad Schwarzschimmel auftritt. Freundliche Grüße!"
