• Day one: Agadir to Zagora Desert
Head from Agadir or Taghazout toward Zagora via Saffrom Taliouine and Taznakht, the capital of Berber carpets. Enjoy lunch in Taznakht and stop at other spots along the way for beautiful views of the High Atlas Mountains, casbahs, and palm tree oases, before arriving in Zagora.
Upon arrival, embark on a sunset camel ride around the dunes, or opt to save the ride for sunrise the next day. Settle into the nomad tents for a night in the desert. Enjoy dinner within a warm atmosphere of friendly people and local music. Share some laughs and enjoy the sky and the silence of the Sahara.
• Day two: Zagora Desert to Agadir via Ouarzazate
Wake early on the second day to enjoy the sunrise and take in the last moments of the Sahara. Begin the journey back to Agadir after breakfast. Drive through the High Atlas Mountains and some more Berber villages en route to Ouarzazate, known as the Hollywood of Africa.
Upon arrival, visit Taourirte Casbah and Atlas Cinema Studios. Then, head for the most famous casbah in Africa, Ait Ben Haddou, for free time to explore and have lunch in a local restaurant. Following lunch, begin the drive back to Agadir or Taghazout, arriving in the late afternoon.
