"What a lovely place to stay! Located in a lovely area with views of the sea this place is great to stay for a little weekend in Brighton. Check in was really easy and the room was perfect! Breakfast included was a huge bonus. Staff are really helpful and friendly especially the young lady on reception, Can't remember her name but she was a star a real highlight to the place. Will definitely be staying here again!"
"The hotel was a bit outside the center, on a fine square and near the beach. No elevator and the room was tiny. The shower plate disgraceful and I also missed a desk. On the up side, the deco was fun and fine, and the personnel was kind."

"Stayed for Brighton Pride. Hotel Staff was great! Check in super fast and easy. The breakfast was good too! Only problem was that only one elevator was working. It was super busy at breakfast time and because everybody was checking out Monday because Pride was over. But everything else was great! Super Close to the train station and Park for the festival. "

"We were in Room 4 on the top floor which was their largest one and had an ensuite bathroom. It was clean with a comfortable bed. We had a small issue with the shower temperature but after reaching out to the House Manager by text, it was repaired quickly while we were out. The only difficulty was parking (as in most areas of Brighton and Hove) but we were lucky to find a space not too far from the guest house. "It is a weird place the entrance to the hotel is that of a pub/disco club but you can access to the hotel itself only with your room key. Staff is really nice and helpful.
On Friday night we had a room on the 4th floor not to hear the noise but it is fun. Rooms small but comfortable bed and with everything you need. Mirrors on the bathroom heated so they don’t get foggy (a touch of class we thought) Abundant and nice breakfast. Excellent quality/price when in Brighton will definitely book back...
