"El lugar está bien, está bien ubicado el Kailua, pero su playa está muy picada, y tienes que rentar un carro si te quieres mover y conocer la isla, cobran extra por el estacionamiento y por las toallas, el aseo de la habitación lo hacen un día sí y otro no, cosa que no comprendo, entonces en realidad terminas pagando como si llegaras a un hotel más caro"

"Me pareció de muy buen gusto encontrar al dueño de la propiedad recibiendo clientes y entregando sus habitaciones.
El lugar está muy bueno ya que cuenta con playa y con alberca. La habitación pequeña, pero muy funcional y con una cama muy cómoda.
Lo que sí falla es el servicio de limpieza que no entra diario a la habitación a hacer su trabajo. No limpian los botes de basura, no cambian las toallas, no hacen las camas. Entonces esto lo convierte en un apartamento o un Airbnb. Espero que no se les haga costumbre que en los hoteles esperemos otros servicios.

"Good afternoon, I go to that hotel twice a year. Today, since I arrived, I asked for a room with a garden view, and they gave me one overlooking the parking lot, but they quickly changed it. Then, during the night, I heard a very strange noise coming from one of the doors, as if the hinges were creaking loudly, but they fixed it. The worst thing is that they didn't have internet. Afterwards, I went to do my laundry, and the people who started doing laundry left the dryers full of their clothes. By the time the cycle had finished, we had to wait 45 minutes for them to come and take them out. Honestly, I was disappointed"
